A few days later our 3rd child was born, and we knew we could relax before we moved into our new house, which he helped us find. He is the man!!!

Wes was outstanding and very professional. He knew we were new to buying a condo and took us through the steps necessary to buy one. He explained the areas to best live in, he took time to understand our needs, and he explained that not all buys that appeared to be good might not be when you looked at condo HOA financial structures. He saved us from buying such a unit that would need large financial assistance from its tenants. Our needs came before his commission. That to me showed us he was the realtor we wanted to do business with.
